It's true that our client, The New Venture Championship, opens doors for young entrepreneurs. Just look at NVC's winner from last year. Mullis Enterprises from the University of Georgia is one of the top 6 teams competing in Forbes Small Business plan contest. On September 7 they headed to the finals in New York City as Green Dragon to pitch their idea for environmentally-friendly roach bait. I'll let you know how they did as soon as I find out.

The New Class
June was bittersweet. While we all welcomed summer with open, book-free arms, it also meant that some of our freshest brains would be putting on their "big boy pants" and heading out into the real world. With September here, there's no time for sulking, only celebration. Thus we're ushering in the progressive changes of our new agency with The 1st Annual AHA Summer Retreat.

In true collegiate fashion, it will also be a homecoming of sorts as we welcome back a few of our recent grads who are now at Wieden+Kennedy. Special congratulations to AHA alumni Kelsey Bernert, Eric Schwab and Kelsey Bozanich. Further congrats to AHA and UO alumni Matt Heath at 72 and Sunny, Cody Osborne of Wexley School for Girls, and Heron Calisch-Dolen at Goodby, Silverstein & Partners.
